One-to-One Health Worker

We are pleased to be able to offer young people support and expertise on a variety of health related topics.
 

Through this project Prism aims to

  • Reduce unplanned pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI’s)

  • Increase knowledge in health education to build confidence and self-esteem

  • Increase awareness around health and wellbeing issues

  • Increase knowledge around legal and illegal substances, consequences and keeping safe

  • Support young people to access external agencies should this be required

  • Inform young people about nutrition and the importance of a healthy diet

We will provide confidential one-to-one work and also group work around health issues. This will allow the young people to achieve accreditation in Asdan Bronze or Silver.
